Fun facts~

  • My last name is actually Ter-Saakov but I use “Anna Tee” for business things because no one can spell, say, or remember my actual name.

  • I love country music and I refuse to be ashamed about it.

  • My entire family is full of math geniuses (I’m talking parents who read my math textbook for fun) but I seem to have missed out on that gene.

  • I have the tastebuds of a child and eat the same thing every day because I don’t like any other food. A lot of people think it’s because I don’t try other foods but I do - I just think everything tastes bad, what can I say?

  • I talk in my sleep.

Hi, I'm Anna!

I take photos, I love blueberries (there's an embarrassing video out there of my best friend and I competing in our own backyard blueberry eating contest - I won), and I live in a van. I bought it in September of 2018 from a slightly suspicious listing on Craigslist, but thankfully it turned out to be the best decision of my lifetime and not a Lifetime movie about stranger danger. I spent the next few months building it into my little home/work space, and now I live in it and travel wherever my heart takes me. And by heart I mean my driving foot. I started taking photos when I moved the Seattle in 2015, and as a young gal from the suburbs of New Jersey I was in AWE of all the beauty the pacific northwest has to offer. Sometimes I still can’t believe it. I quickly realized that while nature photography is cool, every photo looks better with people in it. That’s when I discovered wedding photography and fell in love with third wheeling. Now I spend my time meeting adventurous couples and traveling as much as possible, and I can’t imagine a life better than this one.

I immigrated from Russia to New Jersey at four months old, and all 18 years that I lived in Jersey, I knew that I needed to be somewhere with mountains. In the fall of 2015, I moved to Washington to start school, and lasted two years of switching my major and hating everything I was doing before I dropped out and decided to get serious about photography. Two years later, it’s the best decision I ever made.

I’d describe my style (in life and in photography) as laid back & go with the flow. I think life is supposed to be fun and exciting, and so many people forget that. What’s money and a fancy job good for if you don’t have anyone to share the love with?
In my photos, I want to capture who you really are - what it means to be you and to be in love.

Being outside is quite literally my only hobby (besides photography), so being able to combine the two is a dream come true. Meeting cool people and going to cool places is what I live for, so being able to take my rad couples to locations that are almost as pretty as they are makes me really, really happy. I love this job that I managed to stumble into, and I love being surrounded by love.

The ol’ van

Are you picking up what I’m putting down?

Do we sound like a good fit?

If you’re into having a good time, getting your feet a lil’ dirty, waking up for sunrise, staying up for sunset, and into each other, I think we’ll get along just fine.

I can't wait to meet you.
