Make a Showit account – click here and choose “Showit + Basic Blog.” Create a site with any of the templates they provide.
If you already have an account, make sure it includes a blog (unless you don’t want one).

If your domain was already connected and you have an existing website, follow this tutorial instead.
My home page goes to the about page?
Skip to 10:08 in the video, and follow the instructions to set your home page on WordPress.
That didn’t work and my about page is still the home page?
Make sure your domain is connected – if you preview your site with the .showit.site URL, your about page will display as the home page. Once you connect your domain, viewing your site there should work.
That still didn’t work and my about page is still the home page?
Make sure your blog domain is connected as well. Go to Connect Your Domain > Blog, and connect your domain there. If you are not planning to use the blog, you don’t have to do this. Instead, click the three dots next to the Home page under blog templates, and choose “copy to page.” This will convert your page to a Showit page, and you can set it as a home page in Showit now.
