I print this guide into a booklet, and send it to every couple that books me for a wedding. It goes through every part of the wedding day (detail shots, getting ready, first look, all the way through reception), and includes tips for how much time to schedule for photos, how to get the best photos (for example tips like getting a wooden hanger for the dress, or choosing rooms with lots of windows), and just some advice for planning!
